A Recipe For Calm & Relaxation

This Lemon Essential Oil recipe will turn you from feeling stressed to feeling blessed!


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 40 drops Lemon Essential Oil

  • 40 drops Lavender Essential Oil

  • 2-3 drops of Vitamin E Oil


THE METHOD

  1. Add these oils to a plant based carrier oil like Sweet Almond, Jojoba, Coconut etc. Approximately 236ML

  2. Mix in a dark glass bottle.

  3. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.


HOW CAN YOU USE IT?

Add 3 droppers full to your warm bath water and soak in it. Alternatively, you can apply 3 droppers full to your body directly and massage. Pat dry your body. You should feel calm and relaxed and have a peaceful nights rest. Lavender has a calming effect which is good if we want to detox our bodies and minds. Lemon Essential Oil acts as a detoxifying agent which cleanse, nourish, exfoliate, and brightens our skin.


Fun Fact: Lemon oil is beneficial to the liver and stimulates white blood cells to defend the body against infection. Adding 2 drops of Lemon oil to the bottom of your feet will aid the lymphatic system and the liver.
